Title: No-Cook Tomato Sauce

Yield: 6 Servings

4lgTomatoes; diced
2cChopped fresh basil
1/2cShredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2tbOlive oil
2tbGrated parmesan cheese
3/4tsSalt
1/2tsPepper
1lbSpaghetti

Combine tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, olive oil, Parmesan, salt and pepper in large bowl.

Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package directions.

Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid. Add pasta and reserved cooking liquid to tomato mixture; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
